GINA GRANDCHAMP MILAN, M.S. CCC SLP

Meet Gina.

Get to know Gina Grandchamp-Milan.

Gina was born with the need to help people and a desire to find her calling. Growing up, she volunteered at places like Habitat for Humanity, the National Kidney Foundation, the American Cancer Society, and many others.

After graduating from Florida International University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 2002, Gina was introduced to the world of speech language disorders by a dear friend of hers. It was then that her calling to help others turned into a lifelong passion to help improve the lives of those struggling with speech challenges. She immediately knew that becoming a Speech Language Pathologist needed to be her next step - and she has now been doing it for 16 years.

In 2005, Gina enrolled at Nova Southeastern University, where she graduated with a Masters of Science in Speech Language Pathology in 2008. During her time at NSU, she also learned what the South Florida community needed the most from an SLP; things like Private Insurance and Medicaid were at the top of the list, as well as education for the parents and caregivers to understand the journey their loved one would be taking to achieve their speech language goals. It was also during her time at NSU that Gina learned that in order for her to offer the caliber of speech therapy she wanted to bring to her community, she needed to open her own company with the intent to deliver effective, innovative, and affordable speech therapy.

In August 2008, Gina opened South Florida Speech Solutions. Twelve years later, South Florida Speech Solutions is one of the leading on-site speech therapy companies in South Florida; with services ranging from school, home, location-based, and teletherapy. South Florida Speech Solutions delivers results and enhances the lives of its patients and families via personalized treatments to achieve higher success rates.
